MISSION STATEMENT:

CPAB is a group of concerned citizens and police officers who have developed a partnership to support, evaluate, and sponsor activities which educate the citizens of Chandler, Arizona about Crime Prevention, Community Policing, and Community Pride.

GOAL:

The goal of CPAB is to build a FIRM partnership between the citizens of Chandler, Arizona and the Chandler Police Department as well as to educate and provide a forum for an exchange of ideas pertaining to the Department’s General Orders, Community Policing, and Crime Prevention.

POLICY:

It is the policy of the Chandler PD to have a citizen’s advisory board with the purpose of providing input and feedback on the following police matters:  
•Developing departmental goals and objectives
•Evaluating the deployment of resources
•Evaluating the policies and procedures in addition to making recommendations based on community need
